Dana has been a member of our accounting firm since January 2015, bringing extensive experience in individual, business, and non-profit tax returns, payroll management, reporting, and bookkeeping. With a B.B.A. in Accounting from Southern Methodist University, she transitioned from the banking industry to public accounting in 1997. Dana resides in Buda, near Austin, with her husband and two daughters. Her oldest daughter achieved a remarkable academic milestone by graduating from high school and Austin Community College with an AA degree in May 2021, while her youngest daughter recently graduated high school and will be attending Texas A&M International University, playing softball at the collegiate level. In her spare time, Dana actively supports her youngest daughter's travel softball team and enjoys reading and gardening. Her dedication, expertise, and community involvement make her an exceptional asset to our firm.

Alongside his wife, he is the proud parent of three daughters (Thea, Iris, and Anna) and a son named Jack, with another child on the way. With an Associates Degree from Trinity Valley Community College and a B.B.A. in Accounting with a Minor in Finance from The University of Texas at Tyler, Fedor possesses a strong educational foundation. Additionally, he has taken several masters level courses in accounting from Purdue Global University, further enhancing his knowledge and expertise in the field. As an Enrolled Agent and an active member of his church, Fedor embodies a commitment to professional excellence, continuous learning, and community service. Furthermore, his professional license as a Pyrotechnic Operator highlights his diverse skill set. She holds an Associate of Science degree from Tyler Junior College (2014) and pursued her educational journey further by obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Tyler (2017). Jennifer has also continued her education by taking several masters level courses in accounting at the University of Texas at Tyler. Jennifer worked seasonally from 2017 to 2021 before joining Massing & Elliott full-time. Alongside her career, she volunteers weekly with the Tyler Literacy Council, tutoring math to adult students aiming to obtain their GED. In her leisure time, she enjoys spending time with her cat, Cha Cha, paddle boarding, playing pickleball, and traveling. Jennifer's commitment to education, community service, and personal growth shines through, as she continuously strives to make a positive impact in all aspects of her life. Nancy received an Associates Degree from Tyler Junior College and a B.B.A. in Accounting from Baylor University. Nancy has worked as a Certified Public Accountant since 1986. She is a member of the Texas Society of CPA’s and America Institute of CPA’s.
Nancy joined our firm in 2011 and is experienced in both individual and business tax returns. In addition, she provides input on Fiduciary accounting and tax returns. Nancy’s career experience also includes Oil & Gas accounting, Non-Profit accounting, and Banking.
Nancy and her husband, Frank, have two sons whose families live in the Tyler area. Nancy enjoys traveling and spending time with her six grandchildren.
